By accessing or using the website [www.spynation.ca] (the "Site"), using the Spy Nation mobile application, or purchasing tickets for any event operated by Enigma Solution Services (doing business as "Spy Nation"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Site or Services.

2. SERVICE DESCRIPTION

 

Spy Nation provides outdoor adventure experiences, "spy" themed missions, and escape games (the "Service"). We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without notice.

3. ACCOUNTS AND REGISTRATION

 

To access the Spy Nation App and participate in missions, you may be required to register an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to keep your account information up-to-date. Providing false contact information or using an alias to evade liability constitutes a breach of these Terms. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. USER CONDUCT

 

You agree to use our Site and Service only for lawful purposes. You are prohibited from:

  • Using the Site to transmit any harmful code, viruses, or malware.

  • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our secure servers or user data.

  • Harassing, threatening, or defrauding other users or Spy Nation staff.

  • Impersonating any person or entity, or falsely stating your affiliation with a person or entity.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

 

All content on this Site and App, including text, graphics, logos, mission storylines, audio files, and software code, is the property of Enigma Solution Services and is protected by Canadian and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without express written permission.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

 

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Enigma Solution Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Site or participation in our missions. Your participation in physical events is subject to the Participant Waiver signed prior to the event. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and the Waiver, the Waiver shall prevail regarding physical injury or property damage.

7. GOVERNING LAW

 

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
