Players learn how surveillance and observation techniques are applied in real intelligence environments, using the Rideau Canal corridor as their operational zone. Participants move between selected vantage points, study sightlines, track patterns of movement, and analyze clues that reveal the target’s route. Each location introduces a core surveillance concept, from understanding cover positions to reading environmental cues.

As players confirm the target’s path, they assemble the intelligence required to complete the operation.

The mission concludes at a designated partner venue where the final encoded message is unlocked and the full operation summary is delivered.
