REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

At Spy Nation, we operate live, scheduled events. Much like a concert or theater production, our missions require significant preparation and staffing. Please review our policy below before booking.

1. TICKET SALES
All ticket sales are final. We do not offer refunds for "change of mind" or scheduling conflicts once a booking is confirmed, except as outlined below.

2. RESCHEDULING
More than 48 Hours Notice: You may reschedule your mission to a new date/time for free. Please contact us immediately to move your booking.
Less than 48 Hours Notice: Rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of the mission start time are subject to a $15 administrative fee per group.
No-Shows: If you do not arrive for your mission and do not contact us beforehand, your ticket is forfeited. No refund or credit will be issued.

3. LATE ARRIVALS
Missions operate on a strict schedule. Please arrive 15 minutes before your start time for your briefing. If you are more than 15 minutes late, you may be denied entry to ensure the mission finishes on time for the next group. No refund will be given in this circumstance.

4. WEATHER POLICY
Spy Nation operates rain or shine. Part of the spy experience is adapting to the field conditions. Please check the forecast and dress appropriately (rain jackets, running shoes, etc.).
Severe Weather Exception: In the event of severe weather that poses a safety risk (e.g., lightning storms, tornado warnings, extreme ice alerts), Spy Nation management will cancel the event. If WE cancel the event, you will receive a full refund or a voucher for a future mission (your choice).

We will notify you via the email/phone number provided at booking at least 2 hours prior to the event if a cancellation is necessary.
